Moving away from traditional, top-down hierarchies that breed competition, the workshop introduces an ecosystem model where artists, organizations, venues, funders, and audiences interact symbiotically. Through hands-on mapping and reflection exercises, participants learn how vital resources such as funding, space, skills, networks, and care can circulate equitably to foster collective resilience, collaboration, and community growth.
